About the role

As Project & Insights Manager, you will take ownership of building and running Airpelago’s analysis operations. The core of the role is to ensure that the organization can handle increasing volumes of inspection data while maintaining efficiency, quality, and profitability. You will focus on creating clear processes, organizing internal and external resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, tools, or AI
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure the platform supports operational needs

Over time, the function may involve coordinating larger consultant teams, depending on project volumes.

Your profile

We believe you have experience from roles where you have built or improved operations, delivery organizations, or project-based services.

You may come from backgrounds such as:

  • project management within technical or consulting environments
  • operations or service delivery roles
  • consulting or resource management organizations
  • infrastructure, energy, or engineering-related industries.

Experience from the power or grid infrastructure sector is highly meriting, but not a requirement. More important is that you have the ability to structure work, coordinate people, and drive results in a dynamic environment.

  • Have several years of experience in project management, operations, or service delivery
  • Have experience leading teams or coordinating consultants
