Interim CEO

Our client, an Swedish Investment Company, is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated interim CEO with proven turnaround experience to lead one of their portfolio companies through a period of change and growth. As the interim CEO, you will be responsible for leading the management team, driving operational excellence, and developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan to guide the organization towards sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the organization, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that goals and objectives are met
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to improve the company’s financial performance and overall success
- Drive operational excellence and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach and revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, investors, and partners
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Provide regular updates and reports to the board of directors and other key stakeholders on the company’s performance, progress, and challenges
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an interim CEO with a successful track record of leading turnarounds
- Experience working in the Food and/or FMCG industry is a plus
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or related field
