Global Head of Brand & Marketing

The Global Head of Brand & Marketing at Pricer is a key strategic leader responsible for defining and executing a global marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. You will shape the Pricer brand, leading a marketing team to create compelling messaging and consistent customer experiences across all touch points.

Focused on lead generation and brand equity, you’ll develop integrated campaigns and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively, you’ll ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives, positioning Pricer as a global leader in retail tech and ESL solutions.

The position is located in the HQ in Stockholm and is reporting to Chief Product Officer.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Leadership, coaching and development of the Global marketing team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with Pricer’s business objectives and growth targets, ensuring close collaboration with key stakeholders, including product, sales, and management teams.
  • Lead the creation and execution of Pricer’s brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate its solutions in the market.
  • Oversee the global brand story, identity, and guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints in the customer experience.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and building brand equity.
  • Amplify the content strategy through key marketing touchpoints such as events, digital platforms, and PR to enhance the customer journey.
  • Foster a data-driven marketing culture by initiating marketing research and leveraging customer insights to anticipate trends, meet customer needs, and drive innovation.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs to guide strategic decisions and campaign optimization.
  • Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support strategic priorities.
  • Monitor marketing spend and campaign performance, adjusting based on data-driven insights to maximize impact.
  • Educate and inspire the organization about the importance of working professionally with brand and marketing.

 

Previous experience & Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • +10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with focus on B2B marketing, preferable within tech or retail.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing global marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
  • Experience of working with digital marketing strategies, tools and touchpoints/channels as well as an omnichannel approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a global setting.
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Swedish is a strong advantage.
