Head Agent is recruiting a Director HR on behalf of a leading B2B company with a strong footprint in Sweden and internationally. In this role, you will take full ownership of the people agenda for the Swedish organization, playing a key role in both strategic direction and operational execution.
As part of the Swedish management team and reporting directly to the Managing Director Sweden, you will lead and develop a high-performing HR team of 7–8 professionals. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing a modern and forward-looking people strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring the right competencies, structures, and culture are in place to support long-term success.
You will also collaborate closely with Group HR to drive alignment between local priorities and global initiatives.
This is a broad and impactful leadership role that combines strategic HR planning, operational excellence, and cultural development. You will drive initiatives across talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, compliance, and leadership development—always with a clear focus on creating a workplace where people thrive and business value is delivered.
