Customer Success & Implementation Manager

The Role

We are looking for a person with a technical background to help ensure customers derive maximum value and satisfaction from our solutions. You will lead implementation projects from contract signature through configuration, onboarding and training.

This role involves guiding effective product usage, addressing challenges, and building long-term relationships for customer loyalty — ensuring long-term adoption, measurable business impact and ARR growth.

This role requires a strong business mindset combined with technical interest and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead implementation projects, including planning, configuration of our Capex software solution, onboarding and hands-on training.
  • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders such as CFOs, Heads of Capex, Controllers and operational leaders
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, upselling and cross-selling
  • Drive structured post-go-live adoption plans and organizational rollout
  • Provide ongoing support through troubleshooting and proactive communication.
  • Lead renewal processes and proactively manage commercial dialogue
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product colleagues to continuously improve customer outcomes

Your Background

You likely have:

  • Several years of experience in Customer Success, technical support, Management Consulting and/or complex B2B SaaS environments or similar
  • Experience leading customer implementations or structured client projects
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise stakeholders and long-term customer relationships, to drive renewals and expansion
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies and tools
  • You have experience working with databases and are comfortable writing basic SQL queries
  • Comfort working in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and structure data
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish

It is considered a strong plus if you have experience working with capital-intensive industries, engaging with finance, controlling or investment functions, and have a solid understanding of financial terminology and processes.
