We are now looking for a Global Sr Brand Manager to take on a key role within the skincare category, one of the company’s most important and strategically prioritized areas. As Global Sr Brand Manager, you are responsible for bringing category strategy to life through strong product concepts, clear brand positioning, and impactful innovation. You will work with parts of Oriflame’s skincare portfolio, including flagship brands, with a clear ambition to strengthen positioning, elevate product propositions, and ensure long-term brand equity and growth.
The role is both strategic and hands-on. You are expected to define direction, while also driving execution across multiple ongoing projects. Working in a global, collaborative environment you will interact closely with functions such as R&D, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, and Creative.
To succeed in this role, you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You are comfortable moving between high-level direction and operational detail, and you take ownership of your work with a pragmatic mindset.
