Global Sr Brand Manager

We are now looking for a Global Sr Brand Manager to take on a key role within the skincare category, one of the company’s most important and strategically prioritized areas. This is an opportunity to step into a role with real impact, shaping skincare propositions, driving innovation, and contributing directly to the future direction of the business.

About the role

As Global Sr Brand Manager, you are responsible for bringing category strategy to life through strong product concepts, clear brand positioning, and impactful innovation. You will work with parts of Oriflame’s skincare portfolio, including flagship brands, with a clear ambition to strengthen positioning, elevate product propositions, and ensure long-term brand equity and growth. 

The role is both strategic and hands-on. You are expected to define direction, while also driving execution across multiple ongoing projects. Working in a global, collaborative environment you will interact closely with functions such as R&D, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Finance, and Creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and product strategies within the skincare category, aligned with overall category direction
  • Drive the development of innovation pipelines
  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis into clear product propositions and positioning
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, ensuring strong product performance and differentiation
  • Brief and guide internal creative teams to deliver compelling communication and brand storytelling
  • Monitor product and portfolio performance, including sales, margins, and key KPIs, and define actions to optimize results
  • Contribute to business cases, forecasting, and portfolio prioritization
  • Act as a key link between global strategy and local market execution 

Your background

  • We believe you bring a strong foundation within brand management and an understanding of the skincare category.
  • Several years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
  • Experience from beauty, with exposure to skincare being highly valuable
  • Experience working closely with R&D, product development and/or innovation processes
  • Solid analytical capability and experience working with commercial KPIs
  • Experience from international or multi-market environments
  • Understanding of brand building and product positioning, ideally within the premium segment
  • Fluency in English is required
