We have over 10 years of experience in online education and since starting Coursio in 2010 we have helped everything from big to small companies, schools and individuals to spread knowledge with our tool and through it streamline their business, find new revenue sources, reach new target groups or simply make learning more fun.

We believe in democratizing education and enable anyone who wants, to upload and spread their knowledge to others. We want to disrupt the on-line education market in the same ways as tools like WordPress and Blogger have disrupted the publishing industry. Simplicity is key to our success and something that is reflected in everything we do, from development and design to everyday tasks.

Coursio is in a very expansive phase – the next few years will be focused on international expansion. In the coming twelve months we aim to grow the Coursio Business Development Team into a strong Stockholm- and San Francisco based unit with a top notch sales process. We are now setting up a core team of experienced sales managers. The core team of four will during the coming twelve months together develop and drive the business development organization to reach the company objectives on sales results, expansion and growth.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of revenue generation and a deep interest and passion for sales and expansion. We want someone who shares our vision and knows how to sell creative solutions to clients and partners, without ever losing sight of the fact that a synergy between us and the client is the best way to close a deal. You should be confident without ever being arrogant and you work hard, but you also know how to have fun.

You will be part of the team that handles our strategic accounts and be surrounded by ambitious colleagues who all strive towards the same goal. You will be put in charge of a pipeline with massive potential and be responsible for the whole sales cycle, turning new opportunities into long stable partners for Coursio.

Skills and Experience

• You have a university business degree and 3-5 years of business experience within sales, preferably web based services / SaaS.

• A proven track record of successful B2B sales from lead generation to close and delivery.

• A strong drive, creative approach and goal oriented personality.

• A well-developed understanding for business and passion for business development.

• Management potential and experience.

• English, business proficiency.

• Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
