Star Stable Entertainment AB is looking for a self-going results-oriented person to take the reins as Acquisition & Growth Manager. This is a full-time position based at their headquarters at Jakobsbergsgatan 31 in Stockholm. You will report to the CMO and be Part of marketing management team.
•You have least five years’ experience in digital marketing, with a solid knowledge of the overall digital marketing ecosystem. In addition, we believe that you have a strong understanding of offline media and a 360°-mindset.
•You are a peoples person with great social skills who is comfortable with public speaking, compiling reports/presentations and effectively presenting them to audiences of varying skills.
•Great knowledge within analysis, campaign planning, monitoring and optimizing for digital media and experience in buying digital media.
•You possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
•You are structured, driven with a strong business focus, and always up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
•Set and implement digital media strategy with the overall responsibility of campaigns performance and pacing on multiple markets simultaneously, including SEO and SEM.
•Manage a team of 2-3 direct reports; Retention Manager (100%), Analyst (50%) and further on, a Digital Media Buyer (100%)
•Analyse, evaluate and report campaign results from a ROI perspective and execute continuous improvement of campaign.
•Handle communication with advertisement networks (programmatic/affiliate) and other partners. Existing ones and finding new ones if necessary.
•Sync offline (for example TV) and online advertising campaigns and messaging for optimal performance.
•Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought, leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
•Since our players, partners, and employees come from all over globe, a solid English proficiency is required.
