We are looking for an experienced Head of E-commerce with responsibility for the growth and management of all aspects of the e-commerce business including customer offer and brand experience, commercial calendar, sales, digital platform and digital development.
As the Head of E-commerce you are responsible to develop and execute strategy to drive profitable online channel growth. You work closely with all other departments such as store sales, buying and marketing teams to ensure cross channel alignment in customer experience, strategy and branding.
You define and develop & Other Stories digital sales strategy in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and & Other Stories brand vision.You have the overall responsibility to drive the development of sales growth across all existing as well as new online markets. You continuously improve and innovate the whole e-commerce experience to optimize selling.
You strive to constantly optimize the customer offer by driving customer-, web-, and sales analysis and taking actions accordingly. Monitor and evaluate the digital performance of marketing activities. Continuously monitor upcoming trends and developments. Drive unique digital activities via local Ecommerce teams around the world.
You are a natural and experienced leader that focus on coaching and developing your team to achieve success. You manage, motivate and inspire your Ecommerce teams to reach the sales, growth and company goals.
