Marketing Portfolio Manager OOH

We are looking for a new team member to join our Paulig SE Marketing team and have an opening as Marketing Portfolio Manager OOH Sweden at the Solna office.

In close collaboration with your colleagues in the SE Marketing Team and other stakeholders in Sales, Finance and Central Marketing & Innovation, you will optimize the Paulig SE OOH (Out of Home) product portfolio. To drive our growth agenda for Santa Maria, Risenta and Gold & Green in the Swedish OOH market.

We are looking for someone with experience of business and portfolio analysis and management, who take lead and drive for results with a collaborative and accountable mind-set. 

Key Responsibilities

The local owner of the portfolio and responsible for taking a holistic view:

  • Secure optimal, efficient, and profitable assortment (mix, ranking, cut tail, identify white spots, price recommendations, etc.)
  • Local lead in list- and delist process in line with Product development (PD) process and local notification process and responsible for local input.
  • Based on category performance and competitive landscape, make recommendations on listings, delisting’s and pricing tiers.
  • As first point of contact towards Central M&I (Marketing and Innovation) in PD- projects and portfolio management, contribute to portfolio development to project teams to ensure category issues and opportunities are considered from the earliest stage. 
  • In collaboration with Marketing Activation team, build an Omni channel brand/product roll-out plan incl. selling concepts.
  • Gatekeeper of local 36m launch plan based on input from central portfolio teams and local market
  • Lead on all aspects of Product/Portfolio including input to Customer Presentation as part of the local STRONG process to locally adapt central versions, secure a strong go-to-market strategy together with SE Marketing Activation, Revenue Management and KAM.

Skill, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor’s in business administration or equivalent.
  • Min 5 years of working experience related to marketing/sales/ category management
  • Experienced in market/category/business analysis in FMCG-industry, or from customer-side e.g., in Assortment Management. As well as the impact of such analysis on commercial business decisions / ways of working.
  • Language: Swedish and English
