E-Commerce Manager B2B

We are looking for an e-Commerce Manager taking our online sales performance to the next level.

Right now, we are on a very exciting journey where we want to radically increase our online interfaces and sales in the B2B area. Our mission is to create a personalized online experience to our B2B customers to enable digital as a firsthand choice for our customers in their interactions with us, where a user-friendly experience is key.

Is this your next opportunity?

As e-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for driving sales on our online platforms, working together with our Impact teams consisting of content managers, analysts, martech/1:1 specialists and conversion rate specialists to make it happen.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Responsibility for ensuring our sales targets online are met, both on open- and logged-in pages
  • Securing relevant updates of content and material
  • Suggesting relevant campaigns to secure online sales targets
  • Securing we have the right products on site, and those new products are launched according to plan
  • Together with CRO analyzing conversion and suggesting relevant tests and actions to improve experience and conversion in different stages of the customer journey online
  • Securing the follow-up of right KPIs and numbers, continuously following-up and sharing results on sales performance
  • Sharing learnings and identifying need for online development to further improve online sales

In this role you will focus on finding ways to optimize the generated business value as well as finding ways to improve customer experience online.You will work closely with our e-Comm lead and business stakeholders to set targets and prioritize most value/highest impact and marketing to optimize paid and organic traffic.

Your experience:

  • You have a few years of experience working with e-commerce in a similar role
  • You feel comfortable in a complex organization with different stakeholders
  • You are analytical, structured, and comfortable with numbers and always take the data driven approach to tackle a challenge
  • You are also a great communicator, with the ability to conceptualize and make complex information easy to understand, to both your peers and management
  • You have great communication skills in both Swedish and English
