Revenue Operations Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • In this role you will report to the CFO and work closely with Management Team on a strategic level when it comes to setting commercial targets, planning commission schemes and KPI´s for different markets and customer segments etc.
  • Operationally, you will actively drive and improve the commission model and process. Carry out monthly calculation of commissions. Communicate, educate and support commission related questions.
  • Analyze sales data to propose actions for improving sales efficiency and win-rate. Package and present analyses. Carry out ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and updating of sales-related key metrics. Assist in periodical sales forecast and follow-up process.
  • Even though this role initially entails no personell responsibility, we are looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership in his/her past experiences. As we expect the Revenue Operations Manager will develop further the Revenue Operations function.

 Experience and specific competences  

  • Academic degree in business administration, industrial economics or similar.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in either management consulting, sales controlling, finance or business operations.
  • Extensive experience of both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as work tools. Fluent in English and Swedish. 
  • Someone who has demonstrated leadership in his/her past experiences
  • Experience with CRM Hubspot is a plus.
