We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Global Category Quality Manager to join the Wellness division in Stockholm. This role is integral to ensuring the highest quality standards for Oriflames Nutritional Products, from development to customer satisfaction. The role has a global responsibility and is based at their Stockholm office.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- New Product Development (NPD): Represent the Global Quality team in new product development processes (NPD), conducting risk assessments and approving product specifications.
- Non-conformance Management: Coordinate resolution of non-conformances using root cause analysis and ensuring the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Quality & Food Safety: Together with other relevant functions, develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and other documentation to meet global Quality and Food Safety standards, including FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and ISO 9001.
- Supplier Management: Remain in regular contact and foster business relationships with the respective Quality and Food Safety functions of our 3rd party Nutritional Products suppliers to ensure Quality and Food Safety standards are adhered to.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional improvement projects impacting product quality across the supply chain, ensuring clarity of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and on-time delivery of objectives.
Your background:
- Experience: Approximately 5 years in a quality-related role within the food industry, ideally with experience within a manufacturing site or managing external manufacturing facilities.
- Regulations Knowledge: Familiarity with and understanding (ideally with hands-on experience) of global food safety regulations, including FSCC 22000 and BRCGS.
- English skills: High business level
