Brand Activation Manager – Healthcare

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies based on global brand growth plans for the Swedish market.
  • Drive and manage end-to-end brand initiatives across ATL & BTL (TV, social, point-of-sale).
  • Leverage data and insights evaluate portfolio performance and secure accurate forecasting.
  • Identify new opportunities for distribution, pricing, and promotional optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – including sales, agencies, regulatory and supply.
  • Develop and/or localize compliant, impactful materials across consumer funnel driving awareness and conversion KPIs.
  • Act as a commercial partner to the sales team, including training and launch support.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for assigned brands.
  • Optimize pricing through RRSP.
  • Lead the SOP process for dedicated brands internally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or commercial roles in OTC, FMCG, or similarly regulated categories.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven individual with experience in leadership without direct reporting lines.
  • Demonstrated success in, and driven by, data-led decision-making and performance marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable in fast-paced, international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent in marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
