E-Commerce Activation Manager Healthcare

About the Role

As an E-Commerce Activation Manager, you will play a central role in drivning digital growth across e-pharmacy and online retail platforms. Working closely with E-Commerce KAM and Brand Managers, you support the development and execution of tailored e-commerce strategies that enhance visibility, conversion, and sales for their brands.

You will evaluate sales performance and analyze customer behavior that guide strategic decisions. You will also continuously optimize product listings, campaign content, and activations based on data insights. Your ability to translate digital performance metrics into concrete actions will be crucial for driving category-leading results. At the same time, you build strong relationships with e-commerce partners, manage digital activations, and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of e-commerce strategies together with E-Commerce KAM and Brand Managers.
  • Optimize product visibility and conversion through strong content, SEO improvements, and data-driven enhancements.
  • Develop and implement digital campaigns, shopper activations, and creative solutions in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously evaluate campaign performance to strengthen conversion and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, sales data, and traffic patterns to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and new digital opportunities within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and timely execution of activities across stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce activation, digital sales, or similar roles—preferably within FMCG, retail, or Healthcare/Pharma.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, e-commerce analytics tools (eg. SEM Rush, GA, Similar Web).
  • Experience in drive retailer media campaigns effectively.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Employment type: Fixed-term, 12 months (parental leave cover).
