ASSIGNMENT

• Develop the launch strategy and brand plan for a new lifestyle brand

• Work hand-in-hand with key customers to develop retail concept

• Develop and coordinate sponsor network

• Define portfolio development and roll out plan

• Develop and implement KOL strategy

• Coordinate activities with Customer Marketing and Field Sales

• Brand promotion at key events

• Act as internal and external brand ambassador

• Situated at the Nordic headquarters in northern Stockholm reporting into Nordic Marketing Manager.

PROFILE

Experience

• University degree, most likely in Business

• 4-6 years Marketing experience

• Strong retail and commercial experience

• Experience within sports industry

• Personal experience of competitive sports at a high level.

Competence

• Ability to shift between strategic and executional areas of work

• Strong track record in brand and retail management

• Goal oriented self-starter with solutions driven approach

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• High ambition and a passion for winning

• Self-starter that loves to get things done

• Analytical with a strong commercial/ business focus
