ITO PallPack AS

Finance Manager

Our story began in 1959, when engineer Harald Hagen founded Intern Transport AS. We started by supplying lifting equipment and quickly became a leading provider of conveyor systems for Norwegian industry. By the 1970s, we were the sole supplier to all five of Tandberg’s radio production plants – laying the foundation for a technology-driven journey that continues to this day. Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, we expanded our operations with production facilities in Tyristrand and strategic acquisitions, including the robot integrator Multicraft and stretch film machine manufacturer Pall-Pack. In 2016, we entered the Swedish market by acquiring Gorvak AB, and in 2020, our companies in Norway and Sweden merged to form today’s ITO PallPack – with around 70 employees and a modern headquarters in Oslo. Today, we’re a leading Nordic provider of automated packaging and logistics solutions. We develop and manufacture our own PallPack machines, build conveyors and robotic cells, program and test systems, and deliver fully integrated turnkey solutions for industrial, e-commerce, and distribution customers. In 2023, we became part of MotionTech Group, a fast-growing European automation network founded by Systematic Growth. The group includes companies in Finland, UK, Italy and Germany. All sharing a common goal: to become Europe’s most forward-thinking environment for material handling and automation. We work closely with global top-tier technology partners on advanced autostore warehouse solutions with clients as Amazon, DHL, Marks & Spencer, Nordic Nest.Everything we do is driven by one mission: to deliver the best possible systems to our customers – built by the best people in the business.
