E-commerce Key Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented E-commerce Key Account Manager to lead our indirect e-commerce business in Sweden, focusing on online pharmacies, e-retailers, and marketplace partners such as Apotea, Apohem, Meds, and potentially one of the Kronans Apotek, Apoteket or Apotek Hjärtat.

The role is responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing online visibility, and building strong partnerships across the Swedish e-commerce ecosystem. You will own the commercial relationship, deliver on performance targets, and shape the strategic roadmap for our digital presence within Sweden’s evolving online retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and develop key indirect online customers including Apotea, Apohem, Meds and other Swedish e-commerce partners.
  • Lead joint business planning, negotiations, and commercial agreements to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within Sweden’s online retail and pharmacy channels.

Performance & Data Analytics

  • Analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI, promotional effectiveness) and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Present monthly and quarterly business reviews with detailed KPI tracking and recommendations.

Commercial & Strategic Execution

  • Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with Swedish market objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement digital activation plans and visibility campaigns across partner platforms.
  • Track market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor performance in Sweden’s e-commerce and online pharmacy sectors.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure product listings, images, and descriptions are accurate, optimized, and compliant with brand and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Partner with supply chain and demand planning to ensure strong service levels and availability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational execution and digital shelf performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce Account Management or Key Account Management, ideally within Consumer Health, Pharma, FMCG, or Beauty sectors.
  • Proven experience managing Swedish e-commerce partners, especially online pharmacies (Apotea, Apohem, Kronans Apotek, Apotek Hjärtat) or major online retailers.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive performance and ROI.
  • Solid experience in P&L management, negotiations, and trade planning.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, or other e-commerce analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
