Arkivia

GTM Associate

Arkivia is an innovative estate administration platform that offers family law professionals and relatives a completely new way of collaborating, with significant improvements to workflows for all parties involved. For lawyers, Arkivia reduces administrative work through automated, AI-driven workflows, enabling them to spend more time on qualified legal advice and meeting with families. Families, in turn, benefit from a new form of pedagogical guidance that brings greater clarity throughout the entire process, while also making the lawyer’s day-to-day work more efficient. Arkivia is part of SSE Business Lab.

We’re seeing massive demand in one of the most overlooked areas of legal tech: family law. Just weeks after launch, we are growing quickly and have already amassed users in the hundreds and signed contracts with leading firms. To deliver on this momentum, we’re now looking for a GTM Associate to help scale our go-to-market, work closely with customers, and support strategy and fundraising. Arkivia is building the digital infrastructure for estate settlement and bringing AI into family law for the first time. Our platform automates the estate process end-to-end, from inventories to settlements, giving every stakeholder the same transparent view in real time. The result: 3x faster workflows for lawyers and clarity for families when they need it most. If you want to work side-by-side with founders, drive GTM and strategy in a fast-moving startup, and shape how an entire industry transforms, we should talk.

Why join Arkivia:

  • Momentum: Amassed users in the hundreds and contracts with leading firms. Fast feedback loops and visible impact.
  • Massive underserved market: We are redefining the infrastructure of family law from the ground up.
  • Close to product and customers: You’ll run GTM experiments, shape pricing and packaging, and collect feedback directly from clients.
  • Early team: Founders from J.P. Morgan, Klarna, and Handelsbanken. You’ll shape strategy, culture, and outcomes, with competitive pay and equity.

The Role: GTM Associate

A broad, high-leverage role to help scale GTM and close the loop between customers, product, and capital.

Examples of what you’ll do:

  • Drive GTM strategy and experiments across segmentation, messaging, channels, pricing, and packaging.
  • Own the commercial funnel: prospecting, demos, proposals, contracts, CRM hygiene, reporting.
  • Lead customer conversations and user research: interviews, pilots, onboarding, training.
  • Build feedback loops into product: capture requirements, influence prioritization, communicate releases, write case studies.
  • Develop and manage partnerships: funeral homes, legal networks, system integrators.
  • Support fundraising: prepare materials, build KPI models, manage data rooms, coordinate investor interactions.
  • Strengthen operations: processes, playbooks, dashboards, goal tracking.

What we look for.

  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, VC, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Clear communicator, able to package messages, build decks, and run demos.
  • Comfortable in client meetings: listening, challenging, closing.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Bias to action and ownership mindset. High integrity in a trust-based industry.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS GTM, product marketing, or sales.
  • Basic knowledge of legal services.
  • Ability to write crisp problem definitions and PRDs. Exposure to Figma or lightweight content production.

Practical.

  • Location: Central Stockholm. In-office.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary plus equity.
  • Start: As soon as possible.
