The role exists to design, lead and scale a European-wide Commercial Excellence hub that strengthens Bergman Clinics Commercial Care’s commercial performance across data, brand and digital. With a clear mandate to drive sustainable growth, the position focuses on establishing unified frameworks, outcome-driven digital initiatives and seamless cross-functional execution. By empowering local markets with the right tools, insights and governance, the role accelerates inflow, conversion and margin, while ensuring the full client journey is aligned with group-wide digital, IT and transformation standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and lead the Commercial Excellence & Product function, establishing a hub that drives commercial, digital, and product performance across markets.
  • Own the Commercial Care product vision and roadmap, ensuring digital tools and solutions directly support commercial outcomes and align with Group IT standards.
  • Lead the Client Journey Transformation program, delivering measurable improvements in inflow, conversion, client experience, and retention.• Lead and develop the Commercial Excellence and Digital Excellence functions, ensuring effective management and growth of all direct reports
  • Represent Commercial Care in Group Digital/IT governance, ensuring CC priorities shape digital investments, platforms, and architecture decisions.
  • Build scalable commercial and product frameworks that balance central expertise with local agility and create consistent execution across markets.
  • Drive data- and insight-led commercial performance, ensuring local teams have the right tools, KPIs, and accountability structures.
  • Align marketing, digital, product, operations, and country teams to accelerate execution on shared commercial growth pillars.
  • Monitor commercial performance KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Lead prioritization and governance for commercial excellence and digital product initiatives, ensuring clear decision-making and cross-functional alignment.

 

Job specific skill and requirements

Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years’ experience in commercial excellence, digital transformation, or product leadership in a multi-country environment.
  • Proven ability to design and scale commercial frameworks that improve inflow, conversion, and margin.
  • Experience leading end-to-end client or customer journey improvements.
  • Strong background in product ownership, including vision, roadmap, and digital tool development.
  • Skilled in working with IT and digital teams, translating business needs into system and platform requirements.
  • Experience in navigating complex IT landscapes, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, architecture, and data governance standards.
  • Comfortable influencing and collaborating across international, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Healthcare or clinical operations experience is a plus.
