As Chief Marketing Officer, you hold the overall responsibility for the organization’s global marketing and brand agenda, with a strong focus on enabling sales and supporting the overall business strategy. The role is both strategic and operational, centered on driving change and establishing marketing as a clear value creator for the business, particularly in a B2B context.
You will operate in an international environment with both central and regional stakeholders and play a key role in aligning the organization around shared objectives, priorities and ways of working. A core part of the assignment is to clearly articulate the role, priorities and impact of marketing, ensuring strong internal alignment across the organization, particularly within sales.
You report directly to the CEO and are part of a tight, senior leadership team.
