Global Chief Marketing Officer

We are now seeking the Global Chief Marketing Officer to accelerate our next phase of international growth. As Global CMO, you will define and lead Educatius’ global marketing strategy – strengthening our brand, accelerating enrollment growth and elevating our digital and commercial capabilities across markets.

Reporting directly to the Global Sales President and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, you will operate at both strategic and operational altitude. This role requires a Strategic Doer – someone who sets direction with clarity and confidence, builds a concrete roadmap, and personally ensures disciplined execution. You will shape how Educatius is positioned globally while driving measurable commercial impact. The role is based in Stockholm.

 

Key Responsibilities

Global Strategy & Growth

  • As Global CMO, you will take full ownership of our global demand and lead generation strategy, building a data-driven engine that fuels sustainable revenue growth worldwide.
  • Develop and execute a unified global marketing strategy aligned with revenue and expansion targets.
  • Translate long-term vision into a structured roadmap with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Partner closely with regional leaders to drive enrollment growth and commercial performance.

Brand & Positioning

  • Strengthen Educatius as the trusted global leader in international high school exchange.
  • Lead global storytelling and ensure consistency across markets while enabling local relevance.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Drive data-led acquisition, funnel optimization and ROI-focused investment.
  • Modernize marketing technology, CRM and automation capabilities.
  • Build a performance culture grounded in analytics and measurable outcomes.

Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing organization.
  • Foster clarity, ownership and cross-border collaboration.
  • Act as a visible change leader during continued global expansion.
