Strategic Sourcing Manager
SAS Supply Chain is responsible for all external spend within SAS and our main activies are contract & supplier relationship management, purchasing processes, compliance follow up and spend analysis within several category groups. For the Service category we now wish to recruit an experienced contract and sourcing manager för IT.
Main areas of responsibilities
• Sourcing activities within Category IT
• Contract management for selected IT suppliers in order to secure expected contract scope and cost
• Long term supplier relationship and governance for selected IT suppliers in order to optimize contract value
• Compliance follow up to SAS’s purchasing policy and processes
• Market and business analysis within category
• Professional delivery of projects related to cost reduction, contract and policy compliance and/or support to business stakeholder
• Contract negotiations, issuance and implementation in order to make sure that strategic business objectives are met and SAS policies are followed
• Supplier reviews and audits
• Developing the purchasing organization’s processes, policies and tools
• As Strategic Sourcing Manager IT you will report to Head of Services.
Experience and Background
• You have a strong track record of building successful and long-term profitable relationships with a foundation of well-defined governance structures and processes from conducting negotiations and purchasing activities with IT suppliers, preferably from IT infrastructure area
• You have several years of experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
• High documented ability to develop well structured and legally correct contracts in both Swedish and English
• University degree

• You are highly social, experienced in building relationships with IT partners – internal as well as external – with a strong capability of identifying new business opportunities
• Strong negotiator and relationship-builder with advanced skills in complex negotiations
