Global eCommerce Manager

Rehband is a global brand with Scandinavian roots and a Headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden. With sixty years’ experience Rehband have achieved a status as one of the most prominent players on the international market for sports protection and supports. With an in-house product development (R&D), a wide expertise in the field of sports medicine, an own manufacturing site and an established global distribution Rehband have created a platform that few competitors can match. Rehband products are sold and marketed in around 50 markets.
Rehband is at an exciting stage in its journey, with the brand moving from a medical focus to more of a smart, active lifestyle. The rapidly growing company and the dynamic team are now looking for a Global eCommerce Manager to join Rehband’s global Headquarters in Gamla Stan in Stockholm.

Key responsibilities:

Develop, communicate and implement eCommerce strategy for Rehband’s own eCommerce

  • Grow profitable sales through Rehband eCommerce channel (currently in 8 countries with goal to expand)
  • Drive high quality traffic to site by leveraging available channels (leading the SEO/SEM agency, leveraging tools such as social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Maximize conversion and optimize consumer journey on site
  • Update and maintain content on Rehband eCommerce in collaboration with  marketing and creative agency, and in line with brand identity
  • Oversee the maintenance of the product catalogue, update product information and enter new products onto the site as per product lifecycle planning
  • Create promotions and special offers in line with global promotional calendar
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop appealing and converting email campaigns
  • Set relevant KPIs, regularly analyse performance, provide monthly reports on achievements vs targets and potential to grow

Develop, communicate and implement Rehband strategy for market places such as Amazon:

  • Set foundation for expansion through sustainable business and brand building
  • Act as key point of contact
  • Deliver and manage Rehband content
  • Set relevant KPIs, regularly analyse performance, provide monthly reports on achievements vs targets and potential to grow
  • Act as internal expert and knowledge resource to the team to increase sell-through with online key accounts
  • Provide insights and toolbox for Rehband online key accounts to enable local markets and sales teams
  • Act as internal expert and knowledge resource on eCommerce

Experience:

  •       3+ years of experience in management of e-commerce sites
  •       Experience in working with Amazon is an advantage
  •       Relevant university degree
  •       Knowledge of website design best practices, and understanding of how design can affect customer traffic and sales is an advantage

Competences:

  •       Strong eCommerce and digital skills, including how to maximize traffic and conversion
  •       Strong understanding on how to optimize consumer journey based on consumer behaviour
  •       Amazon savvy
  •       Strong strategic capability coupled with commercial orientation
  •       Strong ability to shift between strategic and executional areas of work
  •       Highly focused on bottom-line results and monitors the financial impact of activities
  •       Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on a large dataset over time
  •       Knowledge in SEO and SEM and other digital marketing tools
  •       Fluent in oral/written Swedish and English
