Job description

We are now looking for Project Manager to join our recently established global Program Management Office. As a Project Manager you will rapport to the Director of Program Management Office and be responsible for leading internal projects, focusing on large transformation programs across all functions. You will be working towards Permobil’s global organisation in building the bridge between business and IT.

 Key responsibilities:

  • PnL responsibility as well as delivering projects within set scope and time frames
  • Making sure projects are launched, carried out and completed with success
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and resources
  • Responsible for effectively running and coaching project teams
  • Responsible for an efficient and positive working climate within the project group
  • Traveling nationally and internationally to selected projects

Experience and background:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience for example from leading complex projects
  • Business focus and understanding of IT systems
  • Relevant University Degree
  • Experience within change management
  • Understanding the complexities of working in a large international company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Experience from Microsoft AX is a plus

 Personality:

You are passionate about creating successful processes in order to close the gap between business and IT. You are a good communicator, able to talk to and coordinate different stakeholders whilst also getting the rest of the organisation onboard. You are a self-starter with the ability to drive change in large organizations and have the ability to set up and follow financial and resource plans within your projects.
