As our new Solution Expert you will play an important part of the Sales Team and secure a high customer satisfaction and further increased adoption of Amadeus products and solutions.
Together with Commercial Account Manager you will drive the commercial responsibility within our Online Travel Agency segment. You will, in most cases, be the go-to-person regarding detailed product, solution, functional and technical recommendations and requests. You will also drive the gathering of Online Travel Agency market and Customers requirements as well as documenting and escalating potential functional and technical issues and insights.
The role reports to the Head of Sales for Online & Leisure Travel.
You have an university degree in IT or Engineering and minimum 3 years experience in technical sales and system solutions. Your knowledge of client facing activities including presentations and documenting customer requirements are well known as well as your experience within the fields of software development and problem resolution processes. Experience in travel technology, travel distribution and online business solutions is advantage of course. A big plus on top of this is experience from e-commerce companies.
You are solution oriented with a strong commercial accumen and highly customer focused. With a strong drive and the right attitude you have the ambition to reach high goals. Good social skills combined with an analytical and data driven mindset defines you and, last but not least, you love working close to others.
