Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a top talent that wants to join us in step changing digital marketing in a leading global healthcare and cosmetics company. The right candidate will be a key player in making Perrigo Nordic the industry leader within digital marketing and e-commerce. You will be joining an innovative, fast growing and winning international company with high focus on local innovation.

The position will be placed in our Nordic Headquarter in Kista and will report to Head of E-commerce & Digital Marketing.

Main responsibilities.

  • Build a strong road map for how to win with consumers in the new digital landscape.  
  • Create strong digital media plans & campaigns for our prioritized brands in collaboration with brand teams and E-commerce Manager to ensure fully integrated digital plans.
  • Work with our digital agencies ensuring that briefs are interpreted and delivered accordingly.
  • Ensure right KPI’s are set and followed up to ensure return on investments on our media spend.
  • Lead and implement best practices for digital activation ROI reporting:
    Measuring, analyzing and continuous learning and optimization.
  • Lead the integration of E-commerce with the brand teams and participate in global digital forums.
  • Be the digital champion mentoring and enabling brand & sales teams to improve digital acumen.
  • Build and develop strategic relationships with key external partners e.g. Facebook and Google.

What we are looking for.

  • 2-4 year of working digital experience from FMCG, digital agency or E-commerce with a proven track record of delivering business results and driving brands.
  • A passion for digital and ability to inspire and influence others
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set, with a curiosity to try new things.
  • Experience of digital performance & tracking measurements.
  • Knowledge within SEO & SEM is mandatory, including Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Strong business acumen with passion for delivering against performance metrics such as market share, penetration and sales. 
  • Experience of managing complexity as this role will work across different brands and categories across the Nordics.
  • Team player with a willingness to support your colleagues – wanting to grow together with us.
  • A genuine interest to keep updated with the latest digital trends.
