CRM Campaign Manager

The Role

As our CRM marketing team is growing we are looking for a creative CRM Campaign Manager to own the development of our seasonal activation, reactivation and retention campaigns. We are about to embark on an exciting journey within CRM Marketing. We recently implemented a new customer engagement tool, Braze, unlocking new opportunities to develop our customer communication. You’ll get to be part of a fast growing marketing team and play a crucial role in guaranteeing our success. In this role, you will be working with all of our customer segments, B2C, B2B as well as our cities and parking operators. At this point we have a few campaign concepts towards the consumer segment that has proven successful. We believe you will be able to take those to the next level while uncovering new successful CRM campaign concepts across all customer segments.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Contributing in the strategic planning and budget planning process for CRM Marketing.
  • Planning and delivering CRM Marketing campaigns in collaboration with our Marketing Managers to improve our business results and address strategic priorities.
  • Making campaign analysis and presenting results to the relevant stakeholders in the organization as well as follow up with clear actions to optimise future re-runs.
  • Reactivating lapsed users through incentivized and non-incentivized campaign concepts.
  • Budget forecasting for incentivized promo code and referral campaigns.
  • Feature activation campaigns to introduce and drive adoption of additional features or services offered by EasyPark.
  • Planning and executing new product, service and feature launches
  • Leveraging our referral program by identifying relevant audiences to advocate our service and contributing to our customer acquisition efforts.

About you

You are a natural problem solver who thrives in an environment where you get to engage and collaborate with people across countries and cultures. You are a true project leader taking pride in making a solid plan and keeping tabs on different workflows to reach a common goal. You are a keen learner and have attention to details which helps you to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to deliver impactful communication. Translating data and insights into creative campaign concepts is something you are passionate about as well as having an eye for good design and copywriting. In general it excites you to be a part of a growing team where you can have a true impact and help shape how we work with CRM marketing and campaigns.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate probably have the following:

  • Solid experience from running CRM Marketing campaigns across various channels where you achieved business results through improved retention, activation, acquisition and advocacy.
  • Prior experience of using marketing automation or customer engagement tools, such as Braze or similar
  • Preferably experience from working with mobile channels such as in-app and push notifications, and if you have worked towards both b2b and b2c segments it would be ideal but not a requirement
  • University degree in business, marketing or similar

At EasyPark we speak English, Swedish is not a requirement for this role. You would be based at our HQ in Stockholm.
