How you will make the life easier for thousands of marketers and communicators:

As a Client Manager at Storykit, you will play a key role and contribute to the sales team overall success. Your primary task is to introduce and sell Storykits’ solution to its ever-growing customer base. This will be done through challenging but achievable targets in a fast-paced environment, with fantastic colleagues and an even better product at hand. A major part of the demand for our product derives from inbound marketing but expect to also handle your own prospects and strategical outreach sales.

Your responsibilities:

  • Together with the team create successful strategies to initiate new collaborations and perform the work effort required to generate growth 
  • Set up sales meetings and carry through demos for potential new clients through both inbound- and outbound strategy in order to initiate new collaborations 
  • Together with the Customer Success team be responsible for, and take ownership in maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Take full ownership for reaching your monthly sales budget
  • Make clear contributions to develop and improve our sales process, culture, business methodology and create necessary materials to achieve your goals

Who are we looking for – really?

We want to attract people who enjoy winning together. An attribute that derives from having practiced any sport on a high level or reached excellent academical results, or if you are a great violinist. We are looking for someone who enjoys and can cope with achieving high results and exceed your already ambitious goals. In a perfect world you have experience from working with sales in the software industry and preferably SaaS.

It is a strong merit if you have previous experience from working in a surrounding where you have to solve problems on your own and have not only worked at large companies where a lot of structure is already in place. Additionally, we encourage creativity, good business understanding and the ability and willingness to take own initiatives. 

In addition to this, we believe that you have:

  • At least two years in a sales-oriented position, with individual clients and sales budget
  • Experience from sales, preferably within SaaS
  • It is a merit if you have worked with customers that uses communication and marketing in their running business
  • It is a strong merit if you have worked at companies with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as have experienced high growth
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great communication skills in any additional European language are considered a plus, such as Italian, French, Spanish or German
