Silva is now looking for a Marketing Manager who will pro-actively lead the business towards continuous successful growth and deliver on ambitious overall business objectives and continue building their loved brand. You have the overall responsibility for the brand, portfolio and marketing plan and is a key member of the Marketing community. This role includes performance analysis, PR, media purchase and campaign planning, activation and implementation to secure engagement with our consumers. You are responsible for the ‘strategy into action’ development and implementation. You lead, set and monitor the implementation of objectives and KPIs throughout the marketing organization in close cooperation with Head of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Responsible for leading and developing marketing team (Social Media coordinator, Graphic Designer, Digital Manager)
  • Fully responsible for all external communication in line with brand platform
  • Main contact towards communication agency (NY Collective)
  • Drive and execute brand campaigns
  • New communication projects and improvements in existing communication
  • Overall strategic initiatives, yearly planning and budget
  • Responsible for marketing package for product launches
  • Responsible for all SILVA digital channels and all digital communication
  • Responsible for e-commerce sales in SE, NO, UK, DE together with Digital Manager
  • Plan where to advertise, when and what
  • Negotiate contracts and budgets
  • Plan what and whom to sponsor and what external/internal events to attend
  • Secure contracts and agreements with agencies, events, partners, ambassadors, etc. 
  • Plan, develop and execute internal communication (SILVA newsletter, Content Portal, etc.)
  • Responsible for selection of, and agreements with, external suppliers/agencies/consultants

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience from consumer marketing
  • Demonstrated experience of executing impactful marketing with strong brand focus
  • Understanding of the customer and market dynamics
  • Portfolio, price and marketing investment management (incl. ROI)
  • Robust understanding of brand, consumer and shopper marketing on a strategic as well as tactical level
  • Proven ability to translate consumer insights into action
  • Experience from outdoor sector is a merit
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (written and verbal)
