Fiskars Group is at the start of a journey to build a substantial direct-to-consumer eCommerce business for their brands. With an ambition to grow 3x and more over the coming years, the right candidate will be joining a key strategic program to ensure the growth of Fiskars into the next 100 years.

The Global eCommerce Manager Iittala is responsible for driving eCommerce sales growth and profitability on a global market for Iittala webstore ​. The role focuses on the development and implementation of the global eCommerce business strategy for brand webstore​. The role is part of the DTC Sales organization, is located in Finland or Sweden and is reporting to Director of eCommerce based at the Head Quarter in Finland. Global eCommerce Manager is a team lead of brand webstore team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage brand webstore business with focus on driving profitable net sales growth according to the eCommerce strategy
  • Ownership of key areas in growing eCommerce sales measured on key KPIs; Net sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, Gross margin, operative spend, operational margin, team satisfaction
  • Operative ownership of budgeting, forecasting and reporting of eCommerce sales
  • Provide the planning and leadership to the eCommerce team of the brand by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the eCommerce strategy and sales growth targets
  • Vision and strategically contribute to taking the brand webstore to a best-in-class state
  • Overall responsibility for optimization of the customer experience and consumer journey in the brand webstore
  • Ensure correct competencies in all stages of online sales delivery
  • Manage day-to-day as well as long-term activities and priorities for the team.

Previous experience:

  • Relevant academic education
  • Solid +5 years of experience of direct-to-consumer online sales
  • Financial acumen, with P&L responsibility experience
  • International work experience is meritorious, international mindset is a must
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
