The role is based in Stockholm/Solna and reports to the CEO. Occasional business travel or working at other locations may be required.

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

Prepare data and drive system implementation to maximize the Commercial/Business Unit’s reporting efficiency to ensure it meets the sales force and business requirements: support Business Managers and the management team with data-driven insights to optimize commercial performance & profitability.

As a Senior Business Analyst at VIATRIS, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Market Access & Analytics team and the broader SE Affiliate team to formulate solutions for data analysis.
  • Cooperate with the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand what drives their business and ensure the most useful KPIs are being measured.
  • Create and develop dashboards and reports using Tableau to deliver best-in-class insights to inform the business on market and sales activity.
  • Transform insights into easy-to-understand data visualizations and present them to the Business Manager and the management team.
  • Maintain and develop workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency using exciting new software.
  • Maintain our exciting Veeva database (CRM), ensuring all relevant stakeholders have the necessary data to achieve the business goals.
  • Other notable projects and reporting requested by the management team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Academic degree in a relevant area (e.g., Science, Maths, Computing, Business)
  • Experience from consulting och similar roles within data analysis and commercial reporting. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in Alteryx, Tableau, and CRM systems is a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
