Job Description

As Nordic Brand Manager your key responsibility is brand development to secure growth for market leading blister care and lip care treatment brand Compeed in the Nordic markets. Responsibilities are broad and include strategy, financial, marketing mix and product launches. You will develop and implement the brand marketing plan for Compeed with a responsibility for P&L management including supply forecasting, media budget follow-up and margin improvement.

The role will be part of the bigger Medicated Skincare OTC team and work closely with the Nordic and local commercial teams, supply chain, regulatory, digital and central marketing. The position will be placed in our Nordic Headquarter in Kista.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop annual brand plans for Compeed and when applicable NPD launch plans and go-to-market launch strategies in close collaboration with the central marketing team
  • Work with the commercial strategy team to develop full Nordic go-to-market model
  • Secure strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, supply, regulatory etc.
  • Develop and execute local consumer marketing strategies based on global best practice
  • guidelines and creative toolboxes
  • Manage the advertising and promotion budget and cost follow-up
  • Define and track effective KPI’s for marketing activities
  • Manage collaboration with external agencies
  • Secure accurate forecasting together with commercial and supply
  • Business review follow-up with central team
  • Monitor competitor activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in the FMCG/OTC industry University degree in business or marketing
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Strong consumer and customer focus and personal drive Experience from working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (company language is English) Other Nordic languages are an advantage
