Global Product Marketing Manager

The Global Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies and activities that drive the success of Pricer’s solutions/product portfolio on a global scale. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Ownership, Sales, and the Global Marketing team to ensure that products and solutions are presented and marketed effectively in the market, resonates with target audiences, and achieve business growth objectives. This role combines strategic thinking, product and solution expertise, and market insight to maximise the impact of each product launch and ongoing marketing efforts.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Develop and execute global product marketing strategies for new and existing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Equip Product Management and Sales with tools and training materials to enhance product selling.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing tactics.
  • Create compelling product messaging that highlights the unique value for different customer segments.
  • Ensure effective positioning of products within the portfolio and market, aligning with customer needs.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials to support product awareness and sales.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the success of marketing efforts and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Product Marketing budget to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
  • Develop content calendars for Product Marketing activities in alignment with global strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to align on product messaging and provide training for effective representation.
  • Create guidelines for the product marketing process and launch toolkits, ensuring consistent implementation.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess the impact of initiatives and refine future strategies.

Previous Experience & Background

  • Proven success in Product Marketing with track record of creating a structured approach to product communication and how it strengthens the brand, preferably in the B2B tech/retail industry
  • Experience working in a global organization with knowledge in building, maintaining and developing the product marketing function
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge in DAM-systems and AI tools is considered a strong advantage
  • Understanding of omni channel marketing strategies and how Product Marketing and Brand Marketing create synergy effects into the full marketing experience
  • Global mindset with international experience. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Swedish is an advantage
