As part of Caybon, we have 12 offices covering 15 markets across Europe and North America.
We are now looking for a Country Manager Sweden to lead and develop our Swedish operations and take our sales to the next level!
As Country Manager at Mediaplanet Sweden, you will play a key role in developing and executing our growth strategy. We see a great opportunity to double our revenue within the upcoming year and we are looking for someone with the drive and expertise to make that happen. You will lead and coach the sales organization, work on campaign packaging and ensure that we remain the market leader in content marketing.
The Swedish operation currently consists of about 20 people, and we have ambitious expansion plans. You will report directly to our Group CEO and have significant freedom to shape and develop the business.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies in line with Mediaplanet’s global goals. Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to maximize growth.
Sales Management:
Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Work closely with the team to optimize packaging and business models.
Financial Oversight:
Ensure profitability and effective resource allocation. Forecast sales trends and report results to the executive team.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, and develop the sales organization. Build a high-performance culture where the team is inspired to exceed expectations.
Customer Relations:
Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners in our core verticals – health, lifestyle, technology, business, and social causes. Clients include AstraZeneca and leading influencers.
Collaboration & Innovation:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to create synergies and drive innovation in content marketing.
