Role Summary

As a Governance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and implementing our governance framework. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance, managing risks, and ensuring that our policies and procedures align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement governance strategies and policies
Monitor compliance with internal processes, policies, law and regulations
Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies
Perform and coordinate audits, both internal and external
Provide guidance and training to staff and management on governance matters
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders

You are also communicative and have the ability to collaborate with different functions within the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Experience in governance, compliance, or risk management
Strong understanding of regulatory environments and industry standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment
