Teachiq is entering an exciting phase. Our international business, driven by our product exam.net, is gaining momentum—usage is growing rapidly, customer satisfaction is high, and new customers are continuously evaluating us with strong interest. Exam.net is a digital exam platform used by teachers in over 100 countries, and we clearly see its potential for global impact. The momentum is real—and now we want to scale it further.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader to take our international expansion to the next level. This is a newly established role with full P&L responsibility outside the Nordics. You will build on what already works—strengthening, structuring, and leading us toward greater commercial impact. This includes both active selling and leading a small team across sales, customer success, and potentially marketing.
You will be a key voice in commercial strategy and business development internally, reporting to our CEO, and play a central role in the executive team. The role requires close and trust-based collaboration—especially with our CPO and Head of Nordics—as Teachiq has a deeply rooted product culture and a strong position in our home market. The right candidate understands that our long-term success comes from solving real problems for teachers through a strong product, while also developing and scaling our commercial capabilities across the company.
We believe you have experience from commercial leadership roles in international product companies—ideally within SaaS—where you’ve combined strategic business ownership with hands-on sales leadership. Experience in edtech or the education sector is a plus but not a requirement.
