We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Chapter Lead to lead and grow our Content Solutions chapter – a team working with some of the most visible and customer-facing digital solutions at If. Our Digital Sales & Content Solutions unit delivers top-notch digital experiences for our Nordic customers. We are a development hub in the Digital Channels Solutions organization, responsible for our digital sales and content solutions services, and driven by modern technologies, smart design and user experience.

About the team

The Digital Sales & Content Solutions unit provides our Nordic customers with modern and attractive possibilities to purchase insurances across all markets. We are responsible for developing and maintaining several digital channel solutions for our customers like if.xx, webshops, our If Design System, Risk Selection Solutions, Electronic health declarations and Digital advisory solutions. Our customer-focused development aims to continually improve our offering and add new digital advisory functionalities for our customers.

Our units’ teams are friendly, supportive, and self-driven. We collaborate with business and other IT colleagues across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Latvia and Finland. You will join a cross-functional and cooperative scrum team, based in Stockholm (Bergshamra) and Riga.

About the role

We are looking for hands-on Chapter Lead for our content solution development area that hold our open pages (if.xx), If Design system and our Digital Advisory development. As a Chapter Lead, you will have two main responsibilities; line organization and agile role.

• Leading and managing a team of developers in your chapter, ensuring their professional growth and well-being. You will be a role model of IF values in action.
• Agile role in the Tribe which will be agreed based on competence and ambition of the candidate.

You will also work closely with other chapter leads in the unit, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to plan and deliver high-quality services that meet our customers’ needs. You will collaborate with other Chapter Leads in our organization to share best practices and align on ways of working.

Requirements to succeed

• You have several years of hands-on experience in SW area development, and you master SW development best practices and can coach other developers.
• You have led or co-led a development team in the past in agile setup like in a role as technical lead, lead developer or solution architect.
• You are proficient in .NET, C#, RESTful API’s, CMS platforms, Azure cloud, DevOps and modern web development frameworks and tools.
• You have experience from working with Optimizely CMS or similar platforms
• You have been exposed to e-commerce tools and martech solution platforms
• You have excellent communication skills and capability to simplify complex topics into actions.
• You have continuous improvement mindset and you’re keen to challenge yourself and others to keep developing.
• You can work effectively in both Swedish and English.
• You have a university degree in a relevant field.
