Digital Marketing Manager

C-RAD is a medical technology company that produces surface guided radiation therapy (SGRT) solutions to increase treatment accuracy and patient safety in the entire radiation therapy workflow. Our positioning and scanning products help take advanced radiation therapy techniques to the next level, ensuring that the radiation dose is delivered to the tumor with extremely high precision and microsecond timing. In this hands-on and strategic role, you’ll be the architect behind our digital presence. From crafting impactful campaigns across channels like SEO, paid media, and social platforms, to continuously optimizing our website and email outreach—you’ll transform insights into action and ideas into measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure every initiative not only builds our brand but supports real business growth.

This is a role for someone who thrives on both creative storytelling and data-driven decisions, who can zoom out to see the big picture and dive in to execute every detail with precision. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Campaign Development:

  • In partnership with the Director of Global Marketing, develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and growth objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing tactics.
  • Plan, manage, and create/implement content optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, SEO, paid ads, social media, content marketing).
  • Define and measure KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

Digital Marketing Operations & Execution:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation and implementation, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Execute website updates, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
  • Execute social media strategies across various platforms, ensuring content is aligned with brand voice and engagement goals.
  • Together with the marketing team, create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Analyze web traffic, user behaviour, and lead generation metrics to continuously optimize campaigns.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support lead generation and sales conversion efforts.
  • Help create marketing assets, such as landing pages, email templates.

Budget & Vendor Management:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to execute specialized tasks (e.g., design, development).

Previous Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a small to mid-sized organization or startup. Experience in both strategy and hands-on execution is essential.
  • Experience from the medtech industry is highly valued and considered a strong merit
  • Academic degree master or bachelor in relevant field
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Instagram, Digital Ads, LinkedIn, Sales Force, Account Engagement, etc.).
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
