Assignment: approx. 12 months | Start: June 2025

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a leading company in the solar energy sector. The assignment involves full responsibility for leading the establishment of a new, large-scale solar park – from planning to commissioning.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the project covering the entire process, from proposal through detailed planning to completed installation, including the EPC phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
• Ensure technology, quality, environment, and safety standards
• Budget responsibility and follow-up against contracts
• Lead the team and coordinate with the client, contractors, and authorities
• Manage risks and drive continuous improvement

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 10 years of project management experience in construction/energy/EPC
• Led large-scale solar or wind power projects, preferably >20 MW
• An engineering degree in a relevant field
• Experience working independently and leading cross-functional teams
