You will own, evolve, and execute Ahlsell’s AI strategy, driving automation and technical innovation across digital products and core operations. While you may not be a developer yourself, you are fluent in tech enough to challenge, question, and translate business needs into AI solutions – always in close dialogue with our development teams.
You are a bridge-builder between technical teams and business functions, creating understanding and enthusiasm around AI, demystifying its power, and embedding it into daily ways of working.
