About the position
Come work in Swedbank Channel Development Department, a part of Swedish Retail Banking, which is and will continue to be a very exciting place to work in the coming years. Working here you will play an essential part in digital transformation of the bank, be it through new digital services for customers or complex initiatives driven by regulation. We offer an eclectic environment with fast pace and engaged co-workers. In Channel Development we are responsible for managing, driving, and ensuring deliveries of all channel projects involving IT development, from pre-study to end of implementation and launch to customers.
Examples of projects managed by the Channel Development team:
• Customer channel development of functions, products and processes
• Development of customer facing employee tools
• Mandatory/fraud/security initiatives
As a Product Owner you will lead, plan, analyze and develop the requirement work from pre-study to project launch. You will work with agile methodology and have close co-operation with other Swedish Banking competences, IT, external partners, product areas and other Swedbank units.
In your role you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring that the project delivery meets customer expectations and needs (external and internal customers)
• Being a leader in creating, coordinating and developing requirements within the project team and with stakeholders and experts within the company to meet deadlines while ensuring high quality
• Close collaboration with other competences within the Channel Competence Center such as the User Experience team and business need analysist, as well as external partners
• Have a holistic view as well as the ability to go down into details to ensure high quality
• Contributing to decision material and business case
Who are you?
To succeed in the role you have to focus on the customer, be analytical and interested in driving change. You have the capability of motivating others and the capability of being an informal leader. You have a great understanding of how to get business and IT to work close together to create efficient innovative results. You have an academic background and you have worked with business development, project management and digital product development for at least three years.
