We are currently searching for a highly qualified candidate to join our B2B-team as Partner Marketing Manager
Drive and implement partner marketing strategies and contribute to overall business objectives
Our Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for partner marketing strategies and global channel marketing programs. You ensure partner marketing packages are scalable across regions, available and easy to adopt for partner onboarding, engagement and growth. You are also responsible for content in global partner marketing initiatives and related communication.
The development of communication strategies towards our partners together with product marketing, regional marketing and commercial teams is also part of your responsibility – making sure our partners and their merchants are engaged with in the most optimal and effective way. Together with commercial you own the success of our partner programs.
You will report directly to the VP of B2B marketing. Together with our Acquisition Manager and Product Marketing Manager you will be our star in delivering smart and effective channel sales and acquisition strategies
Who are we looking for?
You have a degree within Business Administration and/or Marketing and 5+ years of relevant partner or channel marketing experience with knowledge of ecommerce platforms, back-end processes and IT technology and systems. You may even have experience from the other side of the fence, working at, for example, an e-commerce organisation or platform today, and are looking to utilize these skills from another perspective. Regardless, we expect you to have an advanced understanding of online UX, online marketing principles and strategy and have a flexible and adaptable skillset with the ability to work under pressure. You have a highly collaborative work style with demonstrated successful interactions with internal parties and vendor partners.
As a person you are metrics driven and always focusing on the expected business outcome. You already have an established network within the ecommerce market and you understand the importance and concepts of effective partner marketing as an extended arm of a sales organisation. It is important that you are able to embrace the varied nature of this role; you will need to be both strategic and forward-looking while at the same time able to take personal ownership for the more tactical delivery.
