Digital River World Payments is seeking to strengthen their Stockholm team with a Head of Global Marketing position. This role enables you to interact with many of the biggest banks in the world, establishing business relationships with large ecommerce companies across a variety of industries including Digital Goods, Travel & Ticketing, Financial Services, and Direct Marketing. The role requires the ability to take complexity and deliver simplicity, to transform words into pictures.

Primary responsibilities

• Translate complex and technical payment processes into strong, simple and attractive storytelling and messaging throughout all enterprise merchant touch points

• Transform Digital River World Payments website, ensure the website is easy to navigate, comprehensive and solely focused on our payments products and services

• Attract merchants of the right size and scope to visit website; measured on merchant hit and enquiry growth

• Continuously deliver accurate and up to date sales collateral for all products

• Enable merchants to engage with us directly, simply and effectively

• Promote our brand and payments capability messaging through multi-channels and sales representatives


• 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably from the payment industry

• Extensive experience of e-commerce and enterprise is required

• Understand the meaning of selling online and b2b marketing

• Experience from building or redefining a website is a merit

• Experience in leveraging targeted media and digital campaigns


• Friendly, collaborative and practical doer with true entrepreneurial spirit

• Helpful team player who shares knowledge, experience and information

• Dedicated personality that inspires peers to excel, takes own initiatives and make things happen

• Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way
