Project Manager – Customer Insight


The Strategy & Insight unit, which is organised within Group Marketing and Communications, is looking for a dedicated Project Manager who wants to manage the consumer insight projects.

The Strategy & Insight unit is responsible for the development and implementation of the new Customer Insight Ecosystem, the Nordea Barometer).The unit is also handling internal surveys, and on-going tracking. In addition, the team is in charge of making customer and consumer insight available to Nordea’s decision-makers, to enable business impact.

Job description

As Project Manager you will be helping the business to understand their current and future customers and how to improve their life with Nordea. Your overall assignment will be to initiate, scope and manage strategic consumer insight-related programmes across the Group. You will need to get the right stakeholders on board, the right research in place and make sure the programmes deliver on the desired scope, on budget. You will need to be a strong advocate for working with an outside-in perspective, and always understand the business implications of strategic choices

We believe you are a person who knows how to identify what research is needed to achieve the desired scope, how to set up the process to get there, and how to get the decision makers in the business on-board – making them see how to make their life smarter by bringing new insights. Above all, we are looking for someone who appreciates customers and wants to make their experiences better.

Key requirements:

•Excellent project management skills.

•Experience within change management and the ability to know and implement the next step.

•A good understanding how to improve customer experience and how to make the business act on that understanding.

•Analytical and know how to further use the data insight.

•Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodology, and the ability to judge what is the preferred way for any specific task.

•A good business understanding and Stakeholder management skills.

•Understanding the complexities of working in a large international company.

•Excellent communication skills and experienced at running workshops.

•Good understanding of IT implementation.

•Minimum 3-5 years work experience.

•Fluent in both written and spoken Scandinavian language and English
