Key Account manager

Gelato´s B2B brand, Gelato Globe, solves printing for global companies. Through our global print cloud we help companies to print locally and have their prints delivered to 40+ countries in most often 48 hours. Gelato´s global print cloud enables multi-national companies to easily order prints across borders, secure local printing, fast delivery and payment in any currency.

We are currently seeking a talented Key Account Manager who can take a leading role in our global expansion plan of Gelato Globe.

In addition, you’ll be at the forefront of new technology platforms and you’ll learn from and partner directly with product and marketing leaders to help us optimize our product and marketing efforts.


  • Become an expert in our customers unique businesses and how we can help them achieve their goals
  • Become the trusted advisor to each of your customers
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
  • Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
  • Work as part of the Gelato Globe team to develop strategies for scale and growth


  • 3+ years of experience with a sales or account management team, preferably in a start-up or fast growth environment
  • Academic records with BSc/MSc in Economics & Business and/or Engineering
  • Experience working with small business owners and up to multi-million dollar companies
  • A firm grasp of how business works, including sales, consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt, lead, drive change and grow quickly as we build the organization
  • Extremely proactive, organized and sense of responsibility
  • The ability to think big but also to execute well; be nimble and quick on your feet. You are detail-oriented and persistent. You like to hit the ground and just run.
  • Be fluent in English and Swedish/Norwegian. Having fluency in another language is a plus
  • This is full-time position based on Stockholm, Sweden
