Regional Sales Manager – North

Permobil is now looking for an ambitious, driven and talented Regional Sales Manager. You will manage the regional sales, pricing strategy and be responsible for developing the Permobil wheelchair business. In the role as Regional Sales Manager North you will be managing a team of 8 direct reports and have the responsibility to coach and develop the sales and service team. You will also be responsible to create a closer cooperation between the two functions for increasing value for the customers. The role also includes the commercial responsibility for all tenders in the region.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Full P&L responsibility (budgeting and forecasting)
  • Managing and developing the Permobil business
  • Manage the regional sales and pricing strategy
  • Drive commercial transformation – from product based selling to value based selling
  • Manage customer relations and business opportunities across the region
  • Take an active part of the tendering process
  • Coach and develop the team members
  • Personnel responsibility of 8 direct reports

Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • Experienced leader – at least 3 years as sales manager
  • Experience from the Med Tech business
  • Experience from sales towards the public sector
  • Change management experience
  • A track record of delivering excellent business results

To succeed in the role as Regional Sales Manager it requires that you are a great team leader, result-oriented and strive for constant business development. Furthermore, the role requires that you have the qualities of taking initiative, taking ownership, and having a structured, pragmatic approach.

The position is based in Stockholm, but will require some travelling. You will report to the Vice President Sales Sweden.
