Com Hem is looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated creative expert, to manage and lead the creative transformation of the digital experience on

As Com Hem continues on a journey of turning around it’s customer experience and position within the market, successfully rebranding last year, digital is now a key focus area from both a digital marketing and eCommerce perspective. The business has traditionally been heavily reliant on sales and customer service from the telephony and retail channels, and is now looking to grow digital market share. 

What is the role responsible for?

The successful individual will leverage their experience to manage the following:

  • Provide creative direction and management of the team across multiple projects from initial ideation, through to delivery in an agile development environment
  • Ownership of the Com Hem digital style guides and brand guidelines
  • Provide creative vision and inspiration to their team and colleagues, as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop creative programmes and design concepts that seek to address the needs of the business and its customers
  • Work to push boundaries and advance the digital experience for customers on
  • Establish a creative direction and style of management that demonstrates creative design and user-centred design as facets of the same discipline
  • Work with clients, stakeholders, delivery managers, project managers, etc. to develop concepts for presentation to senior stakeholders
  • Manage, inspire and mentor their team of design and user experience experts.
  • Practice quality control over concepts and projects from creation to final delivery

Key KPIs

  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and NPS
  • Online sales including cross-sell (volume, CLV/ARPU, conversion)

 The Ideal Candidate

  • Passion for user centred design, gained in a relevant, professional creative environment
  • Experience of working in a medium to large-sized agency or internal design team
  • Experience working with large-scale web sites & e-commerce
  • Previous line management and development of team
  • Resilient, a strong influencer who is able to lead virtual teams
  • An interest in eCommerce, responsive design and emerging digital platforms and technology
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to promote plans and ideas successfully
  • Produces fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions
  • Demonstrate flexibility, initiative and self-motivation
  • Excellent organisational and prioritization skills
