Country Sales Manager – Italy

We are looking for a talented, dynamic and solutions oriented Country Sales Manager. As a Country Sales Manager you will be part of the management team who will make it happen. You will join the Italian EF team and direct its sales and marketing activities. It is a very sales oriented role requiring marketing creativity. You should be driven, service minded, passionate and truly, fully, love sales. Are you the right person?

In this role you will head up a sales team located in several cities in Italy. Your focus and success will be determined by running your team and driving the business. Your tasks will also include but not be limited to, lead generation through various of sources both online and offline, customer service and planning (and manage) the budget. The role is reporting to Sales Manager and is based in the Italian Head quarter in Milano.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach sales targets on a weekly basis
  • Development and leadership of sales staff
  • Coordination of operational, sales & marketing activities
  • Manage quality control and customer service
  • Developing and driving marketing activities
  • Full profit & loss responsibility

  • Marketing/Business Administration Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in sales management with proven track record.
  • Experience in sales management (B2C or B2B) in a KPI driven environment.
  • International experience (study/work) or experience in an international environment
  • Mother tongue Italian and fluency in English
